About the Opportunity:
We are looking for dependable, motivated drivers to join our delivery team. This is a flexible, fast-paced package delivery position using your own personal vehicle for delivery routes that run throughout Northern Virginia.

 

Packages will be picked up from our fulfillment center in Lorton, VA and delivered to customers in surrounding Northern Va area (Alexandria, Arlington, Annandale, Woodbridge, Ashburn, Sterling, Herndon, Chantilly and Fredericksburg).

1. We are contractors for Speedx , which distributes well-known brands like Temu, Shein, Tik Tok shop, and many others.

2. Drivers arrive at the warehouse, scan and load packages into their vehicles using the Speedx RouteRunner app, which guides them through deliveries. After completing their routes, they simply send their manifest to the team lead and head home.

3. Our team operates as 1099 contractors using their personal vehicles and providing their own gas, must have valid driver’s license and insurance.

4. Pay is commission-based, varying by the number of stops and distance from the warehouse, with drivers typically making between 75 to 140 stops daily (sometimes more, sometimes less). We have a diverse range of drivers that use sedans like Hondas to SUVs and Cargo vans. 95% of the packages will be bags so any vehicle works.

5. Most drivers earn between $500 and $1,000 weekly based on volume, and during peak seasons drivers with strong work ethics can make up to $1,200 to over $2,000.

6. The warehouse operates seven days a week, providing consistent work. However, you are not required to work every day but applicants with  weekend availability is preferred.

7. Payments are made every Friday via direct deposit starting the second week of work.
